Created 10 weekly WHAM Wednesday videos to connect teachers to students quarantined at home (4/2020 - 7/2020)
Produced Fun Fridays: craft ideas, puzzles, games, etc. for the kids to do at home
Produced WHAM Family Bake Off virtually on Facebook and awarded prizes to student and teacher participants (5/2020)
Sold WHAM facemasks for kids and adults to promote school spirit
Created welcome videos for new students to tour their school while virtual (8/2020)
Created a virtual first day of school picture sharing event to promote the WHAM community
Created video tour for Magnet Open House virtual school platform (9/16/20)
Provided volunteers to help prepare the school to be in-person with labeling directional arrows, distancing spots for carpool and hanging signs about COVID measures, like hand washing and social distancing

Created WHAM-ily membership for extended family members to support the school - raised $1,400
Provided monthly PTO newsletters about school, community, and PTO events
Maintained Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts
Held Zoom PTO General meetings, Officer and Committee meetings, gave video reports on budget, created online voting for all PTO members

Managed and funded a complete renovation of the two breezeway adult bathrooms used by all teachers and guests at WHAM
Designed and funded new flag banners for the poles at the front of school
Sponsored a food drive with the BR Food Bank and donated 4,134 meals by raising $1,028 and delivering 1,260 pounds of canned goods
Assisted 4th grade in assembling their mobile kitchen and garden set
Organized winter WHAM clean-up day with volunteers who planted a new main, cleaned out the pond, weeded, mulched, and cleared away debris (12/5/20)
Provided gift poinsettias from the school to EBR school board members for the holidays
Facilitated WHAM Holiday Arts and Crafts, student’s holiday art was hung in the hallways and posted online for students to enjoy
Purchased and hung flags from the “Love More than Ever” Campaign to promote kindness and hope on campus
Provided Mardi Gras masks and moon pies for all in-person students
Provided Valentine’s cards, candy and ice cream coupons for all virtual and in-person students
Organized spring WHAM clean-up day with volunteers who built a new compost area, created a new turtle preserve, weeded, mulched, and planted trees (3/20/21)
Researched and purchased new sound system for school, including new speakers, digital mixing board, and wireless microphones
Assisted with providing snacks for LEAP practice and LEAP testing weeks
Provided volunteers and supplied cake and decor for 5th grade graduation
