Communications
This committee helps keep WHAM PTO families informed. Volunteers may help maintain the website and social media sites, or create event flyers, emails, and monthly newsletters.

Fundraising
The fundraising committee oversees and coordinates fundraising efforts that support the school and teachers. Past efforts include World's Finest Chocolate, cookie dough and holiday poinsettia sales.

School Beautification
Members of this committee work with Dr. Legoria to organize family work days (generally weekend mornings)and participate in keeping our grounds beautiful, as needed throughout the year.

Decorating

This committee plans and executes decorations for PTO events. Assists the school by putting up bulletin boards and helping teachers to decorate when needed.

Social
​
This committee assists with special events at WHAM, such as open houses and grandparent's day. The committee mainly helps welcome visitors to our school campus.

Recycling

This committee identifies and implements recycling opportunities throughout the school.

Room Parents
​
Room parents act as liaisons between the teacher and classroom parents by helping coordinate class parties, and other classroom events and activities.

Teacher Appreciation
​
This committee helps show our teachers how much we appreciate them through the year. They also create WHAM Teacher Appreciation week in May to thank WHAM teachers, staff, and volunteers.
